Roscoe Allen passed away on Saturday February 17, 2018. Roscoe Allen will have a celebration of his life on Saturday February 24, 2018 at 2 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Visitation will be held on Friday 12 PM until 7 PM at the Davis Funeral Home. Roscoe Allen leaves his family and friends to mourn his loss.
