Daniel Delarosa Guerrero Obituary

Daniel De La Rosa, age 55, passed away on March 17, 2023 in Dallas, Texas.

He was born on June 17, 1967 to parents Daniel and Concepcion De La Rosa in Acuna, Coahuila, Mexico.

Daniel married the love of his life Olivia April 1996 in Fresnillo, Zacatecas and remained married for 27 years. From there, they had one daughter whom they named Jaquelin Esmeralda. Throughout the years he remained a dedicated father and shared a tight bond with his daughter.

Daniel was the oldest of his three siblings and the first grandchild of the family. He enjoyed spending time cooking out and family gatherings. Daniel was full of character and most times the life of the party. He was also a die hard fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and was in full support during football season. Recently, Daniel developed a close and personal relationship with Jesus, and found a church that he dearly loved. He turned his life completely around and was truly dedicated to living a Christian life. Daniel loved Bible studies and going to church services. This is what gives the family peace in a time of such tragedy.

Daniel is preceded in death by his Grandparents, his Uncle Vincente Guerrero, Aunt Marissa Guerrero, and Uncle Angel Guerrero.

He is survived by his wife Olivia, daughter Jaqueline, son in law Timothy Tarbutton, grand-daughters Kamylah and Aailah; parents Daniel and Concepcion De la Rosa; Brother Rudy De La Rosa and wife Maria Del Refugio: Sister Blanca and husband Luis Torres; Niece Jazmin; Nephews Fernando, Rudy, Luis, Joel, Isaiah, and Noah; along with a host of extended family and friends who will miss him very much.

Please come and join us to celebrate the life he left here on earth. The family of Daniel would like to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who has extended kindness through phone calls, visitations, and above all prayers. We also ask in lieu of flowers to donate monetary donations for his wife for funeral expenses. May God continue to bless each of you and your family in this journey called life.
