Cecil Creer passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2018. Cecil Creer will have a celebration of his life on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 5 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Vickery Baptist Church 5814 Ridgecrest Road, Dallas, TX 75231. The final resting place will be in El Dorado, Arkansas. Cecil Creer leaves his loving wife of 15 years, Linda Fay Creer his family and friends to mourn his loss.
